Madeleine Balcom
Mother, daughter, sister, wife and lover of life. A yogi since childhood, Madeleine began the formal study of yoga in 1999 and began teaching 5 years later with the completion of a certified 200 hour yoga teacher training. Madeleine is currently pursuing an advanced 300 teacher training in Prana Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Shiva Rea. Other influences include Buti Yoga which incorporates dance like movement patterns into an upbeat cardio style work out. Hot Yoga classes at Fitness Jungle include upbeat world music, a playful environment and lots of fun creative movement patterns, as well as deep breathing and stretching to balance the practice and facilitate a sense of embodiment. 


Wendy Kuklinski
I am a Registered Nurse and ACE certified fitness instructor. My interest in fitness began after experiencing the benefits of mood enhancement and body strengthening. Through weight-bearing exercise and dietary changes, I  increased my bone density without taking high-risk medications. 
My own experience and my years in healthcare have given me a passion for extending the benefits of exercise to others. Through exercise you will improve your mood, concentration and overall health. Improving our physical and mental health is socially conscious throughout life and as we remain self-sufficient in our later years.
My classes focus on core and total body strength. Workouts are safe, challenging, fun and designed with modifications for all levels.
